Jenny Pearson – Chartered Legal Executive Lawyer
Jenny has gained a wealth of experience during over 28 years of working within the legal profession. Initially starting out as an office junior with Swainson, Son & Reynolds in 1990, she subsequently progressed to handling litigation and family matters as a fee-earner in 1994.
Jenny joined Richard Bagguley in 2001 as a paralegal and subsequently qualified as a Legal Executive in 2002 gaining Chartered status in June 2010.
Throughout her career Jenny has focused on contentious areas of the law and has chosen to specialise in disputes and Litigation since 2007.
Jenny is a senior member of our legal team. Her current caseload involves a mixture of dispute work including employment, debt collection and Landlord and Tenant issues. However, Jenny has developed particular expertise in helping clients who require advice and assistance when encountering issues that relate to:-
- Disputes in relation to Wills – including challenging a Will’s contents
- Claims in relation to estates be that pursuing a claim for provision for family members/dependants or defending such challenges
- Disputes that may arise as a result of someone assisting a person who lacks mental capacity with their financial arrangements
It is very important to Jenny that clients always receive not only a professionally committed service, but also, that her clients receive compassionate and sensitive advice and emotional support at what can be a very difficult time. Jenny’s approach and her particular skills are greatly appreciated by her clients.
Jenny is committed to making sure that she achieves the best outcomes for her clients. She is keen to ensure that she understands the circumstances surrounding the issues she is asked to advise upon in order to provide the most appropriate advice and support.
In her spare time Jenny is an avid reader, with a particular interest in factual novels. She also enjoys travelling and spending time with her family.
