We recognise that everyone approaches a solicitor for different reasons. You may have only just separated and need initial advice as to any steps that you should be taking. Maybe you have decided to get divorced and wish your divorce to proceed as quickly as possible. Whatever your circumstances we will discuss your individual needs with you and advise you on the relevant law.

At Baines Bagguley Penhale, we offer a range of Fixed Fee Services to help our clients access the level of advice and support they need.

Our solicitors are members of Resolution and as such will aim to assist you in dealing with any issues that arise. We will do so in a way which will limit any long term emotional and financial effects of the relationship breaking down.

We regularly assist clients with Divorce proceedings and with financial issues arising out of separation or relationships breaking down.

We assist clients in dealing with Divorce. This can be when starting that process or in responding to recently received court papers. Our knowledge and experience to assist you in dealing with this process. We also encourage our clients to approach issues that arise in a non-confrontational manner where possible.

As well as assisting with Divorce proceedings we also regularly assist clients who are separating. This means they either do not wish to Divorce at present or are unmarried.

We always recommend that married couples obtain orders of the court to resolve financial issues arising from their separation. If this is not appropriate we can assist in recording how the financial issues are to be resolved within a Separation Agreement.
