It is with great regret that we announce the death of one of the founding Partners of Baines Bagguley Penhale. David Baines had been in practice in the local area for over 40 years and had acted as a non-practising consultant for the firm since his well-earned retirement in 2010. He will be remembered fondly by clients and colleagues alike, and the sign above our office door will ensure his name continues his involvement in the future
